FAMILY REUNIONS !

As they say.. you can pick your friends.. but you can not pick your family !
I went to a family reunion today. I married into a family that my wife is the grand daughter of one of the matriarchs. This family has been meeting every year for over 90 years and they are all the descendants of two brothers - last name Black ! It was kind of cool !

Do you ever get your family all together ?
At one generation does this family reunion start ?
Can anyone just start a family reunion, just by saying it is so ?
Needless to say, family is the foundation of who you are and why you are the way you are. Throw in some environmental and educational parameters into the stew, and you can generate quite an interesting person. It is fun to talk with the older generation (over 80 years of age) to get their impression of today's world (and family).

SO.. go out.. and create your own family reunion...
and let everyone know that you are happy to be part of the family !
